1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is materially different from the description shown on our website at the time of purchase

Minor variations in color, lighting appearance, brightness perception, or packaging that do not affect product performance or function are not considered mis-description.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind reasons

  • Incorrect selection

  • Preference-based decisions

  • Orders placed in error

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

2. Return Request Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Date of order

  • Delivery address

  • Contact details

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photo or video evidence

Requests submitted beyond 30 days may not be eligible for review.

3. Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging with all included components

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, mishandling, modification, or damage not caused during transit.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to sender.

4. Damaged Items (Important Notice for Mirrors)

Due to the fragile nature of our products, customers must follow strict reporting procedures for damaged deliveries.

If your item arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include clear photos of:

  1. The damaged product

  2. The outer shipping packaging

  3. The shipping label

  4. Any visible internal protective materials

Failure to provide sufficient photographic evidence within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without prior written authorization

  • Clearance or final sale items

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Omirodirect only if the product is confirmed to be:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Materially mis-described

If a return is approved for any other legally required reason, shipping responsibilities will be communicated at that time.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Inspection & Approval Process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection confirms eligibility under this policy.

If a returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, we may:

  • Reject the return

  • Return the item to the customer at their expense

  • Offer partial refund at our discretion

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

9. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@omirodirect.com before initiating a payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could require submission of documentation including delivery confirmation, policy acknowledgment, and communication records to the payment provider.

We reserve the right to contest disputes where the claim contradicts this policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
